October letter to clients

Dear Clients and Friends:
We would like to take the opportunity to give you an update on our Firm this month. With the Firm’s succession and growth in the last two years we are excited to have added additional partners, Certified Public Accountants, and staff members to our team.
We have added Pat Plamann, Brian Bastian, Brian Mackinac, Cory Ritter, and Bill Buckentine as partners since 2008. This brings our current partner total to 10. We have also had numerous employees obtain their CPA certification, bringing our current number of Certified Public Accountants to 30.
We have hired 3 new Staff Accountants, 3 new Paraprofessionals, and 1 new Administrative Assistant. Ryan Finberg, Chelsea Johnson, and Kyle Gregory have come on board as our new Staff Accountants, working out of our St. Cloud office. Diane Thomas, Kristie Wheeler, and Carole Waaraniemi are our newest Paraprofessionals; Diane and Kristie work out of our St. Cloud office and Carole is at our Monticello office. Kelly Koenig has also joined our staff as an Administrative Assistant in St. Cloud.
We recently had two promotions within our Firm. Dan Erdmann has been promoted to a Senior Accountant. Dan has worked in the Monticello office for 3 years; he is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and recently passed his CPA exam. Eric Knopik has been promoted to In-Charge Accountant. Eric has been with the Firm for six years (working in Little Falls while in high school and college; starting full-time in December, 2007). Eric recently passed his CPA and focuses in the corporate and personal income tax area.
This month we will be having our Annual Staff Meeting to discuss our 2010 goals. Schlenner Wenner & Co. is excited about each of these announcements and we look forward to assisting with all your tax and accounting needs in 2010.
